Strawberry & Rose - Sauvie Island Hood strawberries are intensely sweet, deep red in color and pair beautifully with rose water. This original signature Shrub is a favorite any time of year.
Pear & Cardamom - Sauvie Bartlett pears are bountiful in late summer and early fall. Our pears are paired with cardamom and this shrub is perfect for warm drinks and cozy nights by the fire. We recommend the Pear Cardamom Shrub as a mixer in hot apple cider or a hot toddy.
Blueberry & Ginger - A variety of Sauvie Island blueberries are plentiful in summer months and are paired with fresh ginger to create the perfect combination of tart and tangy. This Shrub is reccomened as a salad dressing base, simply add olive oil and herbs of your choice.
Caramel Apple (Seasonal) - Sauvie Shrubs always has a minimum of two seasonal flavors in rotation each month. These vibrant and diverse Shrubs highlight the local Sauvie fruits, vegetables, herbs and often include a variety of spices. They are ever-changing to reflect the seasonal bounty of the island.
