Made with U.S. wool in 3 plies, Prairie Spun DK is the perfect weight for crafting something to wear and love. The color palette is inspired by nature and the prairie landscape that surrounds the Nebraska-based Brown Sheep mill.
Prairie Spun DK is a delight to work with because of its texture, lightweight feel, bounce, and resiliency. Non-superwash wool is wonderful for colorwork as well. We've used it for some of our favorite shop samples including cowls, house slippers and sweaters.
