Class Description
There are so many reasons to knit hats, not the least of which is the potential for the thrill of a quick knitting victory, but even with a quick win, we all want a hat that will fit and flatter the recipient.
In this class, we'll cover all the hat basics including:
- Hat shapes (there are at least 17 different hat shapes to knit), and how to choose a flattering shape for every face and head; We'll also bust those myths of "I can't wear a hat because I wear glasses, or have big curly hair, or ....
- Hat size, and how to make sure the hat will fit when you're done;
- Tricks and tips about techniques, tools, swatching, blocking, and choosing the right fiber for your hat.

Class Policy: This class requires a minimum of 5 students. Notification of cancellation will be sent within 3 days before class start time if minimum is not met. In the case of shop cancellation, all registered students will be refunded the class fee. Any additional fees including shipping of materials will not be refunded. Student cancellations, missed classes or no-shows can not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
Covid Policy: Masks are currently optional but encouraged. Please bring your own mask. Please do not attend class if you are not feeling well or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of class time.
